What do I do if I receive a faulty item or have a problem with an item ordered?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number, details and an image of the faulty item(s) received.
Please do not discard the items as we will need them returned back to us.

A gift card purchase may not be combined with another product and we see you have in your cart. Please complete with two separate transactions. We apologize for the inconvenience.
For a full refund, please make sure to returns items within 45 days from the date of purchase Returns received after 45 days from the date of purchase and up until 60 days following purchase will receive an online credit only.
- We accept returns postmarked within 45 days from the date your order was placed.
- Refunds issued back to the original method of payment or in online credit.
- We will only accept unopened merchandise in sellable condition after 45 days
- Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged.
- If the original packaging has been disposed of or is no longer suitable, goods must be wrapped in appropriate packaging to ensure that the goods arrive with us in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.
- Original shipping is refundable only if entire purchase is returned.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
